Vor mehr als 15 Jahren haben wir als vier Schweizer Freunde beschlossen, ein Hotel zu bauen. Nicht in der Schweiz. Nicht in Europa. Sondern in Mendoza, Argentinien – mitten in den Malbec-Weinbergen, mit Blick auf die Anden.
Wir hatten kleine Kinder. Wir hatten keine Erfahrung im Hotelbau. Was wir hatten, war eine Idee, die uns nicht losliess: ein Weinboutique-Hotel mit dem ersten authentischen Hamam Südamerikas – ein Ort, der Menschen wirklich berührt, weit über eine Übernachtung hinaus.
Von der Grundstückssuche über die Architektur, das gesamte Interior Design, das Restaurant bis zur operativen Führung – alles haben wir selbst entwickelt. Mit dem Willen, etwas Eigenständiges zu schaffen das bleibt.
Das Ergebnis: Entre Cielos. Ausgezeichnet mit dem Gold Award der Great Wine Capitals, dem World Travel Award, dem World Luxury Spa Award. Im Michelin Guide. Mitglied bei Small Luxury Hotels of the World und Preferred Hotels & Resorts.
More than 15 years ago, four Swiss friends decided to build a hotel. Not in Switzerland. Not in Europe. But in Mendoza, Argentina – among Malbec vineyards, with views of the Andes.
We had young children. We had no experience in hotel construction. What we had was an idea we couldn't let go of: a boutique wine hotel with South America's first authentic hammam – a place that truly moves people, far beyond a night's sleep.
From finding the land to architecture, the complete interior design, the restaurant, and operational management – we developed everything ourselves. With the will to create something that endures.
The result: Entre Cielos. Awarded the Great Wine Capitals Gold Award, the World Travel Award, the World Luxury Spa Award. In the Michelin Guide. Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Preferred Hotels & Resorts.
